Section publishes a handbook titled "Texas Lien and Bond Claims
Handbook" that is available for purchase. The Handbook is in its Fifth
Edition. All five editions have been authored by Steven E. Kennedy, of McGuire, Craddock & Strother, P.C. and Fred Wilshusen,
of Thomas Feldman & Wilshusen, LLP who generously gave of their
time and effort to ensure this information would be available to the
